  • Hemalatha Rajan, Director

    A finance professional with 20+ years of experience in finance, audit and executive search, Hemalatha is the Managing Director of Ma Foi Educational Services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Nagpur University and earned her FCA prior to working as an auditor. Hemalatha Rajan is the co-founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants and has played a pivotal role in building Ma Foi into a passionate, reliable and transparent organization.

  • Satyakam Mohanty (Saty), MD & CEO

    Saty spent the last ten years first with GE, then with Genpact after its spinoff from GE. He has worked with many global customers, bringing the power of research and analytics to sales and marketing, chief among them being his work for US-based pharmaceutical and medical devices organizations. He built the research practice ground-up at Genpact and the team went on to be listed as one of the top 50 research services providers in the US. Saty believes analytics-as-a-service is at an exciting inflection point and he aspires to lead the change.

  • Ashish Rishi, VP - Analytics

    Ashish is an established consultant in the BFSI domain with over a decade of marketing analytics experience for B2C and B2B clients. He began his career at GE and later managed the private label credit card portfolio at HSBC for its US market. He has proven experience in consulting across the customer life cycle: acquisition, portfolio management and retention. His strengths include statistical and econometric modelling for applications like customer acquisition, segmentation and market mix models.

  • Sandeep Acharya, Assistant Vice President - IT

    Sandeep has over 13 years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery Management, Program & Project Management and Software Application Development. He has experience in managing large teams supporting delivery for clients in European and US markets. In the past he has worked with leading organizations such as Cognizant & Computer Sciences Corporation Sandeep holds a BTech in Mechanical Engg. and has done a General Management Programme from IIM Lucknow. He is PMP certified and is a Certified Scrum Master.

  • Venkateswarlu Thiriveedhi, AVP Engineering

    Venky is product engineering professional with over 19+ years of experience spanning across design/architecture, driving key engineering decisions, Vision and Strategy, Technology road map, People Management, Team building, Technical Mentoring, Stake-holder management. He has built products in the space of recruitment automation, analytics and was responsible for Engineering and R&D activities comprising of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, AI, Predictive analytics, Big Data technologies and visualization. His previous work stint was with Veda Semantics Pvt Ltd and prior to that, he was associated with IT (His entrepreneurial venture) and with 3i Infotech.

  • Komal Bhuptani, AVP Research

    Komal has 9+ years of experience in Quantitative primary Research with 5+ years of experience in the Brand and Communication space for key FMCG clients. During this period, she has worked with agencies like Kantar IMRB International and Kantar Millward Brown. Her experience includes developing communication strategy using primary track data, new launch effectiveness assessment using shopper and retail data, digital communication research and consumer buyer behaviour analysis.
    She has done a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Mumbai Educational Trust

Our range of engagement models spring from our desire for creating long-term client partnerships and recognition of the dynamism of decision making that we support:

  • Virtual extension: Fully dedicated team operating as an extension of our clients. Day to day accountability and support on key requirements. This engagement model helps create an institutional process specific knowledge management process. This set up also provides delivery consistency, accelerates the ability to develop industry depth within the team, and fosters high engagement with the onshore and off shore teams. In the long run, this model also provides lower-cost advantage coupled with the above benefits.
  • Advisory model: This is the classic consulting model that works on a project by project basis. This model provides maximum flexibility with minimum commitment. It also helps meet typical surge requirements and can also help in engaging and exploring new frontiers. This model carries a higher unit cost compared to the virtual extension model, though may work out cheaper on a cumulative basis if the support required is intermittent or need based only.
